The short answer is, whatever you want. We recommend offering at least $50 plus free product in exchange for your UGC (pictures or video). The more you offer, the more likely you are to attract responses from the best creators.
We don't take your money. Seriously. You can post a job, talk with applicants, and if you're not happy, go on your merry way without every spending a penny.
We want you to establish a long term relationship with creators that fit your brand well. So, that's entirely up to you. We recommend shipping your product to the creator for free, and then paying the remaining balance after you've approved the content.
Because our creators are paying to receive these opportunities, they are very active and responsive. You can typically expect to receive your content within 5 days of your creator getting access to the product.
